개인정보처리방침

TapTalk(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로 수집하며, 수집한 정보를 서비스 제공 목적으로만 사용합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 식별자: Apple 로그인 시 Apple이 발급하는 익명 사용자 식별자. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 프로필 정보: 사용자가 직접 입력한 이니셜(한 글자)과 선택한 색상.
• 감정 기록: 사용자가 탭으로 남긴 하루의 감정 기록(색상 값과 날짜)과 각 칸을 기록한 시각.
• 오늘의 한마디: 사용자가 연결된 상대에게 보내려고 직접 쓴 짧은 글과 상대가 확인한 시각.
• 물어보기: 상대의 기록에 보낸 질문 문구와, 그 질문에 대해 고르거나 직접 쓴 답 문구, 그리고 묻고 답한 시각.
• 토닥: 상대의 기록에 보낸 반응(어느 날 몇 번째 칸인지)과 보낸 시각.
• 처음 만난 날: 연결된 두 사람이 함께한 날을 세기 위해 설정에서 고른 날짜와, 마지막으로 바꾼 사람과 시각.
• 낙서장: 낙서장에 손으로 그린 그림(획 데이터)과 마지막으로 그린 시각.
• 푸시 토큰, 앱 버전, 앱 언어: 상대의 기록·한마디·질문을 알림으로 전달하기 위한 기기 푸시 토큰, 상대 기기가 해당 기능을 지원하는지 확인하기 위한 앱 빌드 번호, 알림을 받는 사람의 언어(한국어 또는 영어)로 보내기 위한 앱 언어.

사진, 위치, 연락처, 이름, 이메일은 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 연결된 상대방과의 감정 기록, 오늘의 한마디, 물어보기, 토닥, 낙서장의 전달 및 알림
• 두 사람이 함께한 날 표시
• 계정 복구(기기 변경 시 기록 유지)

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

수집한 정보는 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 데이터 보관과 알림 전송을 위해 다음 서비스를 이용합니다.

• Supabase (데이터 보관, 서버 소재지: 일본 도쿄 리전)
• Apple Push Notification service (알림 전달)

한국 외 지역의 사용자 데이터도 위 도쿄 리전에 보관됩니다.

4. 공개 범위

감정 기록, 오늘의 한마디, 물어보기와 답, 토닥, 처음 만난 날, 낙서장은 사용자가 초대 코드로 직접 연결한 상대 한 명에게만 보입니다. 다른 사용자나 외부에 공개되지 않습니다. 오늘의 한마디는 쓴 날 자정까지 상대 화면 맨 위에 표시되고, 그 뒤에는 두 사람의 달력에서 다시 볼 수 있습니다. 낙서장은 그린 날 하루 동안만 보입니다. 잠금화면 표시는 설정에서 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. 알림에는 기록이 좋은 순간인지 힘든 순간인지가 표시되지만, 한마디나 답의 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.

운영자는 서비스 운영과 장애 대응, 신고 처리에 필요한 경우에만 저장된 데이터에 접근합니다.

5. 광고 및 추적

앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 광고 목적의 추적 기술이나 제3자 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 보관 및 파기

감정 기록, 오늘의 한마디, 물어보기와 답, 토닥은 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 낙서장 그림은 그린 날로부터 7일이 지나면 지워집니다. 처음 만난 날은 두 사람의 연결이 이어지는 동안 보관됩니다. 앱의 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제를 누르면 계정과 연결된 모든 데이터(프로필, 감정 기록, 한마디, 질문과 답, 토닥, 낙서장, 푸시 토큰)를 즉시 파기합니다.

설정에서 상대와의 연결을 끊으면 두 사람 모두 서로의 기록, 한마디, 낙서장을 더 이상 볼 수 없습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

사용자는 언제든지 자신의 데이터 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 원치 않는 내용을 받았다면 설정에서 연결을 끊을 수 있고, 아래 연락처로 신고할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026 (version 1.4: the day you met, written replies, doodle pad)

TapTalk ("the app") collects as little personal information as possible and uses it only to run the service.

1. What we collect

• Account identifier: the anonymous user identifier Apple issues when you sign in with Apple. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number.
• Profile: the initial (one letter) you enter and the colors you choose.
• Moments: the moments you tap each day (color value and date) and the time each square was tapped.
• Today's note: the short line you write for your partner and the time your partner saw it.
• Questions: the question you send about your partner's moment, the reply they pick or write themselves, and when each was sent.
• Hugs: which square of which day you sent a hug to, and when.
• The day you met: the date you pick in Settings so the app can count your days together, plus who last changed it and when.
• Doodle pad: what you draw by hand on the shared doodle pad (stroke data) and when you last drew.
• Push token, app version and app language: your device's push token so we can deliver your partner's moments, notes and questions as notifications; the app build number so we know whether your partner's app supports a feature; and the app language (Korean or English) so notifications reach each person in their own language.

We do not collect photos, location, contacts, names or email addresses.

2. How we use it

• To deliver moments, notes, questions, hugs and doodles between you and your connected partner, and to notify you
• To show how many days you have been together
• To restore your account and history when you switch phones

3. Sharing and service providers

We never sell or share your information with third parties. We use the following services to store data and send notifications:

• Supabase (data storage, Tokyo, Japan region)
• Apple Push Notification service (notification delivery)

Data from users outside Korea is also stored in the Tokyo region.

4. Who can see your data

Your moments, notes, questions, replies, hugs, the day you met and your doodles are visible only to the one partner you connected with using an invite code. They are never shown to other users or made public. Today's note sits at the top of your partner's screen until midnight and after that stays in both of your calendars. Doodles show only on the day they were drawn. You can turn the note on the Lock Screen on or off in Settings. Notifications say whether a moment was good or rough, but never include the text of a note or a reply.

We access stored data only when needed to operate the service, fix problems or handle a report.

5. Ads and tracking

The app shows no ads and uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

6. Retention and deletion

Moments, notes, questions, replies and hugs are kept while you use the service. Doodles are deleted 7 days after the day they were drawn. The day you met is kept while you two stay connected. Go to Settings > Account > Delete account to immediately delete your account and all data linked to it (profile, moments, notes, questions and replies, hugs, doodles and push token).

If you disconnect from your partner in Settings, neither of you can see the other's moments, notes or doodles anymore.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time. If you receive something you don't want, you can disconnect in Settings and report it to us at the address below.
